Welcome to Xirfadkaab, the official learning platform of Sahal Global Institute (SGI). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.

Xirfadkaab provides skills-based courses and Professional Diploma certification programmes, delivered online and on-demand. Access to paid content requires an active subscription, a single-course purchase, or an active diploma enrolment.

We offer three ways to pay: a monthly subscription ($15/month) or annual subscription ($90/year) covering all standard courses; a one-time purchase of a single course ($25) giving you lifetime access to that course; and Professional Diploma programmes at a fixed price of $300, payable in one, two or three monthly installments.

Diploma programmes are studied in strict lock-step order: you must complete each course, including its quizzes and final exam, before the next course unlocks. Diploma access also requires your installment payments to be up to date; if an installment becomes overdue, access to further courses pauses until it is settled.

Some courses are marked diploma-only. These are reserved for diploma enrollees and are not included in subscriptions or single-course purchases.

Certificates are issued under the Sahal Global Institute name when you complete a course or programme and pass its assessments, and carry a unique verification code.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for keeping your login details confidential. Misuse, fraudulent payments, or sharing of paid content may result in suspension without refund.

Subscriptions renew according to the plan you choose and can be cancelled at any time from your account. A standard diploma administration fee may apply to diploma programmes.

User conduct: you agree to use the platform in a respectful and lawful manner. Harassment, discrimination, abusive language or any other inappropriate behaviour towards students, instructors or staff will not be tolerated.

Course materials are provided for educational purposes only. We may update, improve or modify course content at any time so that it stays current.

Intellectual property: all courses, materials, assessments and platform content are the property of Sahal Global Institute (SGI). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use them for your own personal learning. Copying, redistributing, reselling, publishing or downloading materials for any other purpose is prohibited.

Limitation of liability: the platform is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination: we may suspend or terminate access for any user who breaches these terms. You may close your account at any time; refunds, where applicable, follow our Refund Policy.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of Somalia. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bosaso, Somalia.

Changes to these terms: we may update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
