Refund Policy

Subscriptions ($15/month or $90/year) are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for; we do not pro-rate part-months.

Single-course purchases ($25) grant lifetime access to that course. Because access is immediate, these are refundable only if the course was purchased in error and has not been substantially accessed — contact support within 7 days.

Professional Diploma programmes ($300, payable in one, two or three installments) are a committed academic enrolment. Refunds are considered only before you begin the first course of the programme; once you have started, the diploma administration fee and any completed portion are non-refundable.

If a diploma installment becomes overdue, access to further courses pauses until it is paid. Missed installments do not cancel the enrolment automatically — contact us if you need to adjust your plan.

Offline and mobile-money payments (EVC Plus, Zaad, Sahal or bank) are verified before access is granted. Rejected payments are never charged.

If a payment was charged in error or duplicated, contact support and we will review and correct it.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
