Xirfadkaab is operated by Sahal Global Institute (SGI). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

We collect the information you provide (name, phone, email), your learning progress and assessment results, enrolment and diploma records, and payment records, in order to operate and improve the service.

Payment proof, identity documents and private files are stored securely and are not publicly accessible. We do not sell your personal data.

We use your progress and assessment data to enforce diploma lock-step progression, to issue certificates, and to show you and your instructors your standing in a programme.

Certificate verification pages display only the information needed to confirm a certificate is genuine (holder name, programme and issue date).

We also use your details to send you account and administrative notices, to answer your questions and support requests, to recommend courses that suit you, and — where you have not opted out — to share news about new programmes.

Sharing your information: we do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the platform (for example payment processors and email delivery), who are bound by confidentiality and may use it only to provide those services to us.

We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law, or in response to a valid legal request.

Data security: we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please help by choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential.

Third-party links: the platform may link to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies before using them.

Children: the platform is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required for legal, accounting and certification purposes.

You may request an export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.

Changes to this policy: we may update this Privacy Policy at any time, and changes take effect once posted here. Continuing to use the platform means you accept the updated policy.
